Join OhMyArt for a relaxed, welcoming life drawing session for all abilities, from absolute beginners to experienced artists looking for a quiet space to practise.
Working with a professional life model, the session will include a mix of short and long poses, giving you the opportunity to explore gesture, proportion, anatomy, line and tone at your own pace.
Choose how you want to work: semi-tutored, with guidance, demonstrations and feedback from James, or untutored, giving you uninterrupted time to develop your own practice.
Bring your own paper, drawing materials and equipment, or purchase materials on the day. Please bring cash if you’d like to buy supplies.
Light-weight easels and drawing boards are also available.

Join OhMyArt for a relaxed and creative Paint Your Dog Paint & Sip evening at The Daisychain Cafe, Invinghoe, where you’ll create your very own painting of your beloved four-legged friend.
No previous painting experience is needed. I’ll guide you through the painting process step-by-step, helping you bring your dog to life on canvas while you enjoy a drink, good company and a fun, creative evening.
Your canvas will be ready for you…
To make the evening as enjoyable and straightforward as possible, your canvas will be prepared in advance using a photograph of your dog that you provide in advance of the evening. This means you can arrive on the evening, pick up your brushes and start painting straight away.
After purchasing your ticket, you will receive an email with clear guidance on exactly what you need to do, including how and when to send your photograph.
Please make sure you have a suitable, clear photograph available and follow the guidance provided so that your canvas can be prepared ready for the event.

Suitable for complete beginners to those with experience, the Extended Foundation Course is an exciting, hands-on programme designed to develop your creative practice with confidence, direction, and clarity. Through experimentation, making, and critical thinking, you’ll be encouraged to push ideas further and build a confident and informed portfolio of exciting work.
What sets this course apart is its unique blend of in-person group learning and tailored one-to-one tutorials. Each session provides focused, personal feedback to help you refine your work, overcome challenges, and move your practice forward with purpose.
In the studio sessions, you’ll be part of an open, supportive environment built around discussion, informal critique, and shared ideas. This collaborative space helps build confidence, encourages experimentation, and offers valuable insight from both peers and tutors as your work develops.
