Suitable for complete beginners to those with experience, the Extended Foundation Course is an exciting, hands-on programme designed to develop your creative practice with confidence, direction, and clarity. Through experimentation, making, and critical thinking, you’ll be encouraged to push ideas further and build a confident and informed portfolio of exciting work.
What sets this course apart is its unique blend of in-person group learning and tailored one-to-one tutorials. Each session provides focused, personal feedback to help you refine your work, overcome challenges, and move your practice forward with purpose.
In the studio sessions, you’ll be part of an open, supportive environment built around discussion, informal critique, and shared ideas. This collaborative space helps build confidence, encourages experimentation, and offers valuable insight from both peers and tutors as your work develops.
